Your store credit will remain available for use in our Mount Airy location. We are also working hard to have store credit available for use on our website by the time we are permitted to reopen the Mount Airy store.
2. I have cash to pickup. How can I get it?
The Mount Airy store is open! Cash is able to be picked up during regular business hours. If you feel it is not possible for you to get to the Mount Airy store, please email email@example.com to make other arrangements.
3. I have a gift certificate to use. How can I use it?
Gift certificates can be used in the Mount Airy store and on our website. Currently, you can use them on our website (www.thenestinghouse.net) by selecting the “pay in store” option at checkout and adding the gift certificate number in the notes. If there is leftover amount on the certificate, we will add it to your store credit. If the gift certificate is not enough to cover the entire transaction, we will invoice you the difference.
6. Where is Mount Airy and how do I get there?
Mount Airy is located in the Northwest section of Philadelphia between Germantown and Chestnut Hill and just across the park from Roxborough, Manayunk and East Falls. It’s only about a 10-12 minute drive from the Art Museum. By train, it is located about two blocks from the Carpenter Lane stop on the R8. By bus, it is accessible from stops on the 53, H, and the 23 bus lines.
7. How will the more frequent on-the-spot hours with increased maximum items benefit me?
We recognize that not all of our customers will be able to get up to the Mount Airy location every week. For this reason, we are increasing on-the-spot hours and increasing the number of items you can bring during these hours. This will to make your occasional trips to the store more fulfilling. You will not have to come back to spend your credit or pick up your cash, as they will be available within 20 minutes or so! Come with a bigger bag, do some shopping, and spend your credit before you leave!
