SHIPPING INFORMATION

We try to fill orders as quickly as possible, most shipping within 24-48 hours from the receipt of order. We are unable to ship to addresses outside the United States. Items ordered together may not ship together. Some items may ship directly from our manufacturer.

We try to maintain accuracy with our inventory but sometimes errors occur. If an item you ordered is not available, we will notify you as soon as possible giving you the option to cancel or modify or wait for an item on backorder to arrive.

Free shipping applies to ground shipping via UPS or USPS within the United States only.

UPS Ground Standard Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is currently based upon cost. We will use UPS Ground service or USPS in the case of PO Boxes. Packages are estimated to arrive between 3-5 business days.

Orders containing a Bumbo seat will incur an additional $15 shipping charge.

Sales Tax

A 6% sales tax will be applied to Pennsylvania residents on taxable items. A 7% sales tax will be applied to New Jersey residents on taxable items.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days upon receipt. At this time we will issue store credit only. A return can be made by downloading and printing our return form, filling it out, and mailing it to our store with your item. Items must be in new, undamaged condition with original packaging. Once we receive the item we will issue a Gift Certificate to the address on the order which can be used online or in our brick and mortar store.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, download our returns and exchange form. Fill it out with the reason for the exchange and the item(s) you would like to purchase. We will send the item to the address indicated on the form. If we do have the item in stock we will notify you via email and telephone giving you the option for store credit or another item.
