how the newborn diaper rental works...
Please reserve your rental at least two weeks in advance. A reservation is made when you pay the deposit. Add the date you want the rental to be ready in the order instructions box.
The deposit covers the cost of the rented items should they not be returned or damaged beyond reuse. Use the diapers for as long as you'd like. When you return the diapers, we calculate your refund based on how many weeks you rented and how you'd like to receive your refund.
weekly rates:
$13/week if accepting a refund in store credit
$15/week if accepting a refund to credit card
Rentals may be picked up in-store for free or shipped nationwide for $12.95. Return shipping is the responsiblity of the customer. Mid-week returns are pro-rated by the day.
