how the nesting house gear pick up program works
Submit a pick up request for at least 3 items on our Gear Wish List below OR just one item in italics.
We’ll ask for details and photos of the items, so we can evaluate age and condition. If you have items of similar quality not listed, include them too.
We can only pick up gear that is in very good or excellent condition and is less than 7 years old.
Once you’ve met the item minimum, you can add as many items as we have the space to take, including clothing, shoes, books, toys, cloth diapers, carriers, and pregnancy wear!
payment options
We generally sell items at 1/3 of their current retail price.
We pay 50% of our selling price in store credit or 40% in PayPal for most items.
higher pay out items
Items we source for our Circular Registry Program are paid out at 65% when in excellent condition. These items are underlined below.

Our Gear Pick Up Program is designed to support our Circular Baby Registry Program where registered families can access secondhand baby gear in excellent condition.
We consign many more items in a wider range of conditions in our store. If we’re not able to pick up, you can still bring your items to our store for evaluation! Just call ahead to make sure we have space.

pick up regions & schedule
We pick up in a different region every Friday rotating on a monthly schedule. If you are hoping we’ll pick up ASAP, make sure to submit your request at least 48 hours before your region’s next pick up day.
