Prior to each use, please inspect the item(s) for any damage. Avoid smoke, scented body products, and laundry products with fragrance while using the trial.
Return the trial clean according to the instructions provided at the start of the trial. A staff member will inspect the trial return for stains, strong scents, damage, or missing parts. Any significant issues may result in additional charges up to the full retail value of the trial.

- choose up to 10 different types, styles, or materials of diapers you'd like to try out (a two-part system counts as one diaper)
- pay the retail price for these items as your trial deposit
- prepare your diapers before use according to the instructions provided
- use the diapers up to 30 days with care instructions provided
- return the diapers you don't want to keep for a full refund in store credit
- returned diapers must be laundered, dry and stain free to receive a full refund
- diapers with significant staining or damage may not be accepted or a cleaning/replacement fee may be dedcted from the refund
- please only use cloth-diaper safe bottom products and fragrance-free laundry detergent
- a $15 weekly late fee is deducted from your refund for each week late
- diaper trials that are more than two weeks late will not be eligible for a refund but may be sold back to us through our Buy, Sell, Trade Program
- for online trials, return shipping charges are the responsiblity of the customer
