how our travel gear rentals work...

Make a deposit to start a rental. The deposit covers the cost of the rented items should they not be returned or damaged beyond reuse. Then use the rental items for as long as you'd like. When you are ready to return the rental, we calculate your refund based on how many days you rented and how you'd like to receive your refund.

travel stroller only 

  • $8 per day when accepting refund to store credit
  • $10 per day when accepting refund to credit card

travel crib only

  • $7 per day when accepting refund to store credit
  • $9 per day when accepting refund to credit card

travel bundle

  • $18 per day when accepting refund to store credit
  • $20 per day when accepting refund to credit card

When a rental is returned in need of deep cleaning, repair, or replacement, a fee may be deducted from your refund to restore the item(s) to rental condition. Cleaning or repair fees are calculated from individual retail values, not the full value of the rental. Fees deducted will not exceed the refund owed.

  • deep cleaning: 10% of the retail value 
  • repair/part replacement: 20% of the retail value
  • full replacement: 50% of the retail value
